Data Protection Policy for Aud Sentiments

In order to comply with the new GDPR regulations being enforced in Europe on May 25^th 2018, Aud Sentiments is implementing a few changes to the challenge blog. 

Challenge Entries:  We use inlinkz as the link up tool for participants to enter our challenge.  Participants entering a piece of artwork into the link up tool do so with the knowledge that their name and blog links are visible to all who visit Aud Sentiments challenge blog.   By entering the challenge it is deemed that consent has been given that if their entry is chosen as the winning entry or as one of the top 3, that their name and picture of their project will be displayed in our Winner’s post. We will no longer be linking the winning entries back to their blogs.

Blog Followers:  We love for you to follow the challenge blog so that you can see our challenges as well as the winner’s post.  When you follow the blog, you do so with the knowledge that your image as well as the link to your name or blog will be displayed for all visitors to see.  If you would prefer to unfollow the blog you can do so.  It is not a requirement to be a follower of Aud Sentiments in order to enter the challenges.

Comments:  If you leave a comment on the blog you do so in the knowledge that a link to your name or blog/image will be displayed for all visitors to the Aud Sentiments challenge blog to see.  Since we use blogger, you may delete/remove your own comments.  If you have trouble doing so, please email me and I will remove your comment for you.  Comments are also covered by the GooglePrivacy Policy

Winners: The winner and top 3 will continue to be chosen by the DT members of Aud sentiments.  The Winner and Top 3 post will include the following information: Number of winning challenge entry, name of entry provided by entrant via inlinkz,  a picture of the project provided by the entrant via inlinkz. The Winner and top 3 posts will no longer contain links back to the individual blogs.  It is the responsibility of the challenge winner to contact Aud Sentiments in order to claim the prize that is offered.  Aud Sentiments does not maintain a file of email addresses or other information about the winner.

All historical winners posts are being updated and blog links of challenge entrants are being removed.  All inlinkz information for challenges older than 6 months will be removed.
