 Thank you Ginny H!!

#3 DT Call information

Good morning Ginny h here.  It's that time again!  Where have the last 6 months gone?  We are looking for a few new Design Team members for the new term  starting August 29th (with a break in December) - the term would finish in March 2016.
We are happy for non-card makers to apply too.  We are always open to other media because we feel it can add a new element to our challenges.  So if you scrapbook, paint, whatever - why not try out?  It’s all about the creativity [and the sentiment]!
You don't need to have been on a DT before.   Interested?

Consider what you have to offer:

  • Do you currently have an active blog?
  • Do you love to create projects?
  • Can you commit to a minimum 6 month position?
  • Can you confidently work with digital images and are willing to use images provided by our generous sponsors?  Remember all our challenges must have sentiments too.
  • Do you love to have fun and hang with like-minded crafters (easy-going, friendly, supportive, etc.?)
  • Do you love to help inspire others?
  • Can you take good quality pictures of your work, making sure the lighting is good and it is cropped if necessary?
  • Can you meet a deadline?
  • Can you commit to a project every fortnight and commenting on entries? (Not all of them, as we have a system!)
Here is what we offer you in return at Aud Sentiments DT

  • First, a pleasant, enjoyable and supportive team environment.
  • The chance to colour and work with digital images from our lovely sponsors.  (Occasionally we get pre-coloured images from the sponsor.)
  • The opportunity to help pick the winners with your votes.
  • For first time DT members, you will gain experience and exposure and will be generously supported by the Senior DT .
  • For veteran designers, you will expand your crafting resume and exposure.
  • A chance to learn from a community of your peers
So, how do you apply to be an
AUD SENTIMENTS Designer?

***Please email:  audchal025@gmail.com
with photos or links to two of your favourite projects.
Also, tell us why you would like to join our team!!***

Couldn't be simpler!

#4 Current Challenge Info

The theme for this challenge is an all time favorite -
"Anything Goes + a Sentiment"!

Our sponsor is:
Our teammates are using images provided by Scrapper's Delight who is pairing up with us to sponsor this challenge.  They are also generously offering a prize for the winner of this challenge!!  If you see an image you like, or if you want to shop around in their catalog of images, you can click on their name to go directly to their shop.

#5 DT's Inspiration Projects
Our Aud Sentiment Designers have created the following projects to inspire you!  If you want more details on any project, or want to see more of their work - their blog names are linked for your convenience.
To keep you motivated, our 2nd team will provide even more inspiration at the mid week post next Thursday!

Billie from Ink on My Fingers
using Honey pumpkin pie

Ginny H from As I do Rodos
using  Time 4 A Cuppa

Julie from Julie's Crafty Spot
using Unicorn Jasmine

 NanaConnie from Grammy's Attic
using Birthday Honey

Sandy from Sandy's Creations
using Birthday Honey

#6 Announcing a Change in Rules!
I am putting all the information here about the changes in our rules so you can become familiar with them.  Normally you will find this referenced under the tab at the top of the page titled "Challenge Rules".

FIVE Key Factoids about our Challenges:
  • This is a 2 week challenge that begins every other Thursday. The due date for entries always will fall on the Tuesday before the new challenge begins.
  • There is no limit of how many other challenges you may enter!
  • From time to time we will post freebies that you are more than welcome to use, but you do not have to.
  • Winner[s] and Top 5 will be chosen by a vote of the Design Team members.
  • If you are lucky enough to win a prize, this needs to be claimed by email by the closing date of the following challenge - otherwise we will select another winner.

Only THREE Key Rules:
  1. As you might guess from our name - we require a SENTIMENT that is appropriate for the theme/challenge.  If you make a card and put the sentiment on the inside instead of the front, you need to include a picture on your blog post that shows us the sentiment.
  2. Please mention Aud Sentiments and create a link to us.  When you enter your link at Inlinkz, it needs to go directly to your project, not just to your blog's home page.
  3. You may enter up to 5 times, but all entries need to be new & posted after the start of our challenge.
Challenge #136 - ATG plus a Sentiment (& a DT Call!)
runs till 10:00 pm CST on Tuesday, July 28, 2015
